When you review the typical hiring process for inexperienced developers, you take a gamble, because there are no recommendations or previous experience, so you look for smart and motivated individuals. The Infinity Labs R&D training program is a good program where the basics are learnt thoroughly, including teamwork. It is convenient for me to come to a focused day where I meet potential employees who are hungry for success, intelligent and those who i know will fit well in the company. I have a number of programmers from Infinity Labs R&D on my team, and they are all good developers who have integrated well into the company.

We started with a pilot to check whether their graduates could integrate as part of the group and add value to it in a relatively short time. The pilot was a great success and that's how we expanded the agreement, I found that the process of filtering and selecting the candidates is efficient and brings high-quality candidates with great learning abilities. We recruited over 80% of the candidates who come from Infinity Labs R&D and most of them stay working for us for a long time. This is a classic case of success for both parties.

Some of the personnel we recruited from Infinity Labs R&D completed specialization training according to our predefined syllabus, in order for them to start as prepared as possible for our tasks, and they arrived prepared. We accepted the personnel who were successfully absorbed into the organization, and demonstrated their ability to learn independently and enter new unknown areas. Over time I saw that the quality of the personnel is truly extraordinary. I am very satisfied with the personnel both on a personal and professional level.

There are multiple reasons why I decided to recruit from Infinity Labs R&D. The knowledge that the participants of the training program have is of bachelor's degree graduates. My understanding is that the training process was very intensive, including the methodology, which includes a lot of practice, independent study and teamwork that simulates the way we work. The final thing I really liked was knowing that if I required specialized technological knowledge tailored to my needs, Infinity Labs R&D employees would complete training in it.

We needed to recruit a very large amount of personnel and it was definitely an option for us to recruit those who completed non-scientific degrees, that were talented, interesting people with a passion for software. This helped us to increase our recruiting capacity and get great personnel.

The things I look for and that are important to me in an employee, are what I found in the Infinity Labs R&D personnel who work for us. It is the ability to learn on their own - take a task, understand it, look for solutions, find them and realize them.
