AI Software Engineer Track

The AI Software Engineer program at Infinity Labs R&D is designed for bachelor’s degree graduates aiming to integrate into advanced software engineering roles in an AI-driven world.

During the training, you will deepen your knowledge in distributed architectures, cloud infrastructure, API design, databases, and production integrations. Work is conducted in small teams that simulate a real R&D environment, following industry standards and tackling complex system challenges. The track focuses on building strong engineering skills and adaptability for long-term performance.

Our model is based on a full partnership: we fund the training, and the return on our investment begins only after your successful integration in core industry roles. Our career paths are based on a study method (Infinity Mentored Social Learning™️ (IMSL)) that we developed in-house - a method that focuses on developing high autodidactic abilities in order to remain up-to-date and accurate in an industry that changes at a fast pace.

The training program takes place in groups of 14 people, to recreate the working environment of an industry development team, led by a mentor who is the head of the team. This accelerates the learning process and equips participants with the skills required to seamlessly enter and excel in the industry from their first day on the job.

Hands-on learning

The entire training program is hands-on and project-based - each project has a deadline and a very high level of delivery requirements needed to complete it successfully.

Each project develops and sharpens the participant's self-learning abilities and harnesses the power of a strong, carefully selected group to maximize the understanding and abilities of everyone in the group.

While working on a project, you will learn how to research effectively and ask the right questions before carrying out the project. Hours of hands-on work and continuous feedback from mentors and the team will enable you to deliver outcomes at a higher level than required in the industry.

When you start working after our training program, you will know how to approach and break down any unfamiliar problems in a methodical and effective way, and you will not need additional courses and trainings programs later on.

Spiral learning

Spiral learning is the ability to carry out all stages of a task and review the results in a way that allows for continuous improvement.

Each process is characterized by the following stages: Challenge - Research - Experiment - Apply - Test - Evaluate.

Once the products have been evaluated, we return to the beginning and complete the whole process of all the stages again to improve and refine the products ensuring that the level of delivery we provide is as high as possible.
