DevOps Pro Program

Infinity Labs R&D is a research and development company that has redefined the rules of the game and reshaped the way skills, new abilities, and knowledge for DevOps roles are acquired.

We strive to generate excellence in the industry, and therefore, we look for individuals who are ambitious and value-driven, with advanced technological capabilities and systemic vision to embark on a journey to build a successful, long-term, and fascinating careers in the world of DevOps.
Our DevOps Pro career track is not based on lectures and slides, but on real tasks and trial-and-error challenges that simulate daily industry tasks under the professional guidance of High-Tech leaders. Throughout the program, we will delve into SDLC methodologies, code and version management tools, complex testing methods, and building processes using containers and CI.

Our business model is based on partnership where all parties benefit: The training program is provided at our expense for suitable candidates - upon completion of the program, you will be integrated into developer roles usually requiring 2-3 years of experience. Only when you are successfully hired for a DevOps Pro position with one of our 300+ clients for a long-term period, do we get a return on our investment and maintain a profit-sharing model. Our success is equal only to your success!

Our intensive training program is 22 weeks, 5 days a week, 08:30-18:30 and requires a lot of investment.

Ramat Gan: Jabotinsky 1, Stock Exchange (next to Savidor Merkaz train station)
Haifa: Nahum Het 5, Matam (close to Hof HaCarmel train station)

Our Unique Methodology

No lecturers. No OHP transparencies. No grades.​

Moving from passive to active learning.
We fully understand that knowledge does not exist in one person’s mind. The ability to acquire knowledge and apply it is everywhere. The most important skill is knowing how to find it and use it correctly.

Our career paths are based on a study method (Infinity Mentored Social Learning™️ (IMSL)) that we developed in-house - a method that focuses on developing high autodidactic abilities in order to remain up-to-date and accurate in an industry that changes at a fast pace.

The training program takes place in groups of 14 people, to recreate the working environment of an industry development team, led by a mentor who is the head of the team. This accelerates the learning process and equips participants with the skills required to seamlessly enter and excel in the industry from their first day on the job.

Hands-on learning

The entire training program is hands-on and project-based - each project has a deadline and a very high level of delivery requirements needed to complete it successfully.

Each project develops and sharpens the participant's self-learning abilities and harnesses the power of a strong, carefully selected group to maximize the understanding and abilities of everyone in the group.

While working on a project you will learn how to research effectively and ask yourself the right questions, to be ready to then carry out the actual project. This is achieved through hours and hours of implementing solutions with feedback from mentors and the team, to deliver results at a higher level than required in the industry.

When you start working after our training program, you will know how to approach and break down any unfamiliar problems in a methodical and effective way, and you will not need additional courses and trainings programs later on.

Spiral learning

Spiral learning is the ability to carry out all stages of a task and review the results in a way that allows for continuous improvement.

Each process is characterized by the following stages: Challenge - Research - Experiment - Apply - Test - Evaluate.

Once the products have been evaluated, we return to the beginning and complete the whole process of all the stages again to improve and refine the products ensuring that the level of delivery we provide is as high as possible.
