Artificial Intelligence Program

In July 2022, the State of Israel formulated the "National Artificial Intelligence Plan" in response to a national strategic need to create economic opportunities and advance security capabilities. The Israel Innovation Authority entrusted us to train the next generation of AI developers, addressing the national strategic need to maintain a strong and capable high-tech industry in the global market. The Artificial Intelligence career track is an innovative and groundbreaking path that will transform you into the future leaders of the artificial intelligence revolution, establishing and
leading AI initiatives even within R&D teams where it has not yet been implemented. Your program will be led by AI experts with over 10 years of experience, who will provide practical, intensive, and in-depth training on the technologies driving the AI field, paving the way for a promising career in one of the most rapidly evolving global industries.

The career path is fully funded by us for accepted candidates (subject to technical tests and an HR interview). Upon completion, you will be placed in R&D teams as AI developers at the forefront of Israeli and international high-tech.

Our intensive training program is 32 weeks, 5 days a week, 08:30-18:30 and requires a lot of investment.

The syllabus includes: Software Development ● Big Data ● Machine Learning

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in STEM fields (with an average of 80+) ● Psychometric score of 700+ ● High mathematical abilities in: Linear Algebra, Statistics, Probability, Calculus ● Technical aptitude tests + HR interview

Our career paths are based on a study method (Infinity Mentored Social Learning™️ (IMSL)) that we developed in-house - a method that focuses on developing high autodidactic abilities in order to remain up-to-date and accurate in an industry that changes at a fast pace.

The training program takes place in groups of 14 people, to recreate the working environment of an industry R&D team, led by a mentor who is the head of the team. This accelerates the learning process and equips participants with the skills required to seamlessly enter and excel in the industry from their first day on the job.

Hands-on learning

The entire training program is hands-on and project-based - each project has a deadline and a very high level of delivery requirements needed to complete it successfully.

Each project develops and sharpens the participant's self-learning abilities and harnesses the power of a strong, carefully selected group to maximize the understanding and abilities of everyone in the group.

While working on a project, you will learn how to research effectively and ask yourself the right questions, to be ready to then carry out the actual project. A deep understanding of the technologies driving artificial intelligence and receiving feedback from the mentors and the team will enable you to provide products at a higher level than required in the industry.

When you start working after our training program, you will know how to approach and break down any unfamiliar problems in a methodical and effective way.

Spiral learning

Spiral learning is the ability to carry out all stages of a task and review the results in a way that allows for continuous improvement.

Each process is characterized by the following stages: Challenge - Research - Experiment - Apply - Test - Evaluate.

Once the products have been evaluated, we return to the beginning and complete the whole process of all the stages again to improve and refine the products ensuring that the level of delivery we provide is as high as possible.
